For millennia, humans have been mesmerized by, protected by, and enthralled with fire, its potential danger balanced by its beauty and power. With training and practice, it can be harnessed in the art of fire dancing.
Using a variety of tools and drawing on numerous dance styles, Rachel can bring a bit of the power and majesty of fire to you. From a single, three minute dance to an entire fifteen-minute fire show, you can design the fire performance to fit your event. For even bigger spectacle, Rachel can draw on her network of talented, professional performers for more complex pieces.
Not able to bring live fire to your event? You can still bring the grace of object manipulation and dance without the flame. Glow poi (glowing balls on the ends of chains, manipulated and twirled around the body) and feather fans (metal fans with luxurious feathers, used as twirling and dance props) are available for both choreographed feature routines and ambient go-go dancing.
